VIDEO BROCHURE PROPOSAL: We propose to produce a collection of short videos that can be viewed either separately or strung together as one long continuous presentation. These videos will be in a flash video format (.flv) which represents the best format for streaming videos on websites. We will work together with your webmaster to make sure that the video presentation we produce can be embedded seamlessly into your existing website. Where possible, the graphics and design of the videos will mirror the style and branding of your website. CONTENT OF VIDEO BROCHURE: The first of the short videos will be a fast paced overview covering all aspects of your operation. The subsequent videos will elaborate in more depth each aspect of your commercial activities e.g. accommodation, food and drink, activities, excursions and special events. Should you wish to accept this proposal, we will provide you with a detailed treatment based on your website and any extra information you furnish us with which will illustrate the precise nature and content of the Video Brochure we propose to produce for you. The treatment will be used as a guide rather than set in stone. SHOOTING SCHEDULE: The schedule will depend on the size of the crew and the nature of the brief. COST INCLUDES: The cost, as with the shooting schedule, depends on the size of the crew and the nature of the brief but our professional services start from just £1500 sterling. We will provide a full shoot using High Definition broadcast quality equipment and stock (fresh video tapes); and post production, including all digitizing/importing, editing and changes and encoding to final, web deliverable format (flash video). We will also provide a High Definition DVD which you can use for presentations or copy and send out to clients. COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: Expenses. Transport. Board and lodging. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Our payment schedule is one third payable in advance, one third payable on receipt of the rough cut and the final payment payable on receipt of final cut.
